NDMA is Nilton de Menezes, a music producer and all-round artistic entrepreneur living in Ottawa. Having been raised in Angola and Brazil, his style has been described as a fusion of contemporary hip hop with Portuguese influences. Menezes has also been busy as a promoter on the Ottawa scene, with his most recent project being Blue Nuit, a multimedia performance art featuring 1960s style nude photography that took place at Falldown Gallery this March. This video for his latest single Whiskey was a collaboration with Michael Cumming, a local designer, motion artist and director. Definitely a danceable addition to the local hip hop scene.
