Do It for the Grain seeking photo submissions

Local analog photography zine Do It for the Grain (DIFTG) is seeking submissions for its December issue! Submissions are open until Nov. 27 and this month’s theme is “togetherness.”

Submission guidelines are as follows:

The catchment area for submissions includes a big chunk of Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec, but excludes Montreal and Toronto.
They only feature analog photos. That includes film, Polaroids, solargraphs, tintypes, darkroom experiments, paper negatives, and daguerrotypes.
Submissions are limited to four photos per photographer per issue.
Works by emerging artists who identify as part of priority groups outlined in their mandate are particularly welcome, as they aim to foster an equitable and vibrant community.
Photographers maintain ownership of their work and DIFTG will never use your photos without your consent.
