CANFAR Legacy Project Pride Brunch at Margarita Restaurant

In support of the Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research, the CANFAR Capital Legacy Project Pride Brunch & Dance gets a whole day (and night) at Margarita Restaurant (895 Bank St.) for a day of celebration and community. This event will take place on Saturday, Aug. 17 from 11am-2pm, featuring performances from CANFAR National Ambassador Joey Arrigo and music by local DJ collective White Rabbit.

You’ll also hear from Invest Ottawa’s CEO & director of business development, as well as words from this year’s Capital Pride Grand Marshall, Haley Robinson.

Rainbow Rabbit will follow suit with a full day of DJs and performances featuring Saltina Shaker, Sunshine Glitterchild, and Morgan Mercury, plus a bonus dance showcase featuring Joey Arrigo.

While the brunch runs from 11am to 2pm, the talks and performances will be from around 12:30pm to 12:55pm. Rainbow Rabbit parties on from 2pm to 2am.
