The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Ottawa officially opens this Thursday with performances Thursday evening from David Foster and Katharine McPhee. On Saturday, Avril Lavigne takes the stage.
On Thursdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 4:30pm, enjoy music on the canal. Find a spot somewhere between the National Arts Centre and Dows Lake to enjoy the sounds of live music on a 90 minute trip along the canal.
Friday
The Merry Dairy and Ottawa Symphony Orchestra are bringing ice cream concerts in the park to Half Moon Bay Park this Friday from 2:30-4pm and to Claudette Cain Park in Riverside South from 6-8pm.
The Art Battle Ottawa city championship takes over Overflow Brewing Company on Friday night. Tickets are available online.
