Until Oct.8, you can catch the wonderful production of Cabaret by Ovation Productions at Meridian Theatres. Check out Apt613’s review.
Also until Oct. 8, the GCTC presents The Supine Cobbler, “the contemporary feminist western you didn’t know you needed” according to Apt613’s reviewer, Cristina Paolozzi.
The ByTowne and Mayfair Theatres have a great lineup of movies to check out, thanks to Apt613’s Barbara Popel.
You can head to Algonquin College Theatre to see Paper Moon Theatre’s production of Sweeney Todd, running from Oct. 7 to 15—perfect to get you in the mood for this spooky season.
Wilfrid’s restaurant at the Chateau Laurier is doing a Thanksgiving Brunch from Oct. 7 to 9.
The fall colours are underway, which means a beautiful trip to Gatineau Park is in order. Check out the free shuttle options.
The Crown and Pumpkin Studio Tour takes place on Oct. 7 and 8, 10am to 4pm daily and includes 15 stops and 50+ artists in Almonte, Clayton and the surrounding rural area. See demonstrations of glass blowing and bead making, basketry, felting, pottery, sculpture and more.
