Ending this past Sunday, June 29, Jazzfest 2025 proved to be a big hit for fans of the genre. With names like Samara Joy, Gary Clark Jr., Mavis Staples, and many more, there was something for everyone at this year’s festival.

The spookiest weekend of the year is almost upon us! There’s so much to do this weekend, both Halloween-infused and otherwise. Don’t scare yourself too much with indecision!

Many Ottawa-based music, arts, and performance festivals will receive increased financial support through a new Ontario government funding program. The one-time increase in funding to the festival and event sector will not only help people engage with art and their communities, but will also help festival networks in need of support.
