Unbelievably, this weekend marks the arrival of June! With it comes blue skies, sunshine, and a whole lot to get out and do around town! The weekend is chock-full of fun, so without further ado, we give you the Weekend Roundup!
It finally feels like we’ve turned a corner on all that April rain and will see the May flowers now! Enjoy this beautiful spring in our fab capital with some of our suggestions below!
It looks like we have a warm, but wet, weekend in store for us here in Ottawa. While the weather may have you feeling a little grey, there are plenty of fun events going on around town that are sure to add a little brightness to an otherwise cloudy time.

The Ottawa Humane Society’s annual Garden Party takes place May 15, 2019 and will raise funds to help rehabilitate, reunite and re-home Ottawa’s animals.
In the end, every single dog won and our squad, which my human named “Doods with Toods,” raised over 400 dollars for the Ottawa Humane Society. So glad for this opportunity to support local dog things and to show everyone my ‘tude.
You do not have to bring a dog in order to sit in the pet section, if this is a burning question you might have had.
