After what was, for most, a short week, we have arrived at yet another beautiful summer weekend in this great city. With so much going on, you’ll want to read through and plan ahead to make the most of your precious weekend time. As we all know, it is never quite long enough.
Tornado warnings did not stop this crew from an epic 613 celebration. A huge thank you to our partners who made 613 Day happen this year: Ottawa Fringe Festival, Club SAW; killer musical performances by OkNaledi and Lucila X Maracle; DJs JovialJon, Grottoli and Don’tTrustRyan (all curated by the awesome Core Collective); and our food […]

June’s Awesome Ottawa award goes to the Young Arts Leaders Collective to support the inclusion of free art with takeout orders at local restaurants.
It feels like we’ve been dropped in the middle of a summer heatwave so this weekend is all about finding safe ways to stay cool.
Consider this part three in our new series of “how to spend your time when the days of the week all feel the same”.
