Photos: #WelliWindows brighten up Wellington West and Hintonburg for the holidays

More than 40 businesses in Wellington West and Hintonburg took part in the 2019 Holiday Window Display Contest. The judges chose three winners, but until December 18, you can vote for your favourite to win People’s Choice.
