Michael Neiderman and Dan McCoy bring an unfiltered, unscripted, Whiskey-filled dive into film with a new theme and clips for each show. Yesterday’s show was themed “A life in a theatre,” where the audience, Neiderman, and McCoy dove into what makes and defines a diva.

Setting the tone, the show starts off with Lady Gaga and Neiderman looking to define what a Diva is with All About Eve playing in the background. As Neiderman and the audience got to a clip from Showgirls, the discussion switched to define what it is to slay, and by Bullet over Broadway, it was determined that a Diva always slays, but slaying doesn’t make you a diva.

After a clip featuring the Nicholas Brothers and Cab Calloway, the discussion shifted to the lack of Jazz big bands and a brief whiskey break for everyone, before shifting back to divas and a clip from The Dresser. The show ended with a classic clip from The Rocky Horror Picture Show to cheers from the audience.

If you like movies, good discussion, and whiskey, Whiskey Flicks Live! is sure to be a good time. Neiderman and McCoy bring a welcoming, fun, and engaging show. With a very participatory audience, you leave feeling like you’ve just had a fun hangout with good friends and great conversation.
