Join Emerson Lake, erotic poet and canal enthusiast (read canal with no C) for the reading of his work at the public library! He’s clad in black leather and ready to rock your world verbally—and in other ways as he likes to remind you throughout the show.

This play gives off the feel of a stand-up show, as a big part of it is spent with Mr. Lake in front of a mic talking to us, the audience. The puns and poems he shares throughout are crude but quite amusing. A couple side characters make their appearance throughout the performance. Multiple erotic poems are Ottawa inspired, yes you read that right.
This show would not be suitable for younger audiences as the topics that are broached are mature. The play is overall funny, naughty, and memorable.
