Reviewing a Keith Brown show is a balancing act. How does a reviewer reveal enough about Brown’s illusions to attract an audience while not giving away spoilers? With this show in particular, there is so much new material. I don’t want to chance giving anything away.
Keith Brown is a long-standing performer. He has toured for 11 years. This is his 55th Fringe Festival. He has appeared at multiple Ottawa Fringe Festivals. Even he isn’t sure how many.

There is only one trick I’ve seen him do previously. But even then, he performs it in a way I haven’t seen him do. Even a hint might spoil the audience experience.
What’s the best trick in Brown’s 100% Wizard show? Is it the card tricks? Is it the mind-reading? Is it the feats of memory? Is it the (plentiful but strictly voluntary) audience participation?

I know what my favourite is: the smiles and sense of wonder that Keith Brown puts on the faces of the audience. Well worth the price of admission and the 55 precious minutes of your time.

100% Wizard is playing at ODD Box from June 12–22.
