Family reunions can be awkward, but what can make it even more uncomfortable? A breakup.
What better way to tell your side of the story than crash the annual family reunion? But things aren’t always what they seem. When Jen shows up at the Williams family reunion, she is determined to tell the facts about her recent breakup with Liam Williams.
A comedic feat told in musical form, Alli Harris keeps the audience laughing from beginning to end. With funny, yet somehow incredibly catchy and well-written songs, she keeps the audience laughing the entire time. We are crossing our fingers for a future cast album (we can dream right?).

On top of playing an array of fantastic tunes, and dropping catchy and often unexpected one-liners, Harris displays masterful improv skills as she encourages prompts from the audience during different parts of the show. This means that each show will have a small set of differences, and it seems like a good reason to catch this show more than once!
Not to mention, it should encourage you to be the best audience member you can be and bring the energy and one-liners The Williams Family Reunion calls for.
With strong pacing, every minute of the show adds to the story, humour and timing. The show passes by in a blink and you enjoy every minute.

The Williams Family Reunion is playing at Arts Court Theatre from June 13–23. Tickets are $14 plus service fees at the Fringe box office (3rd floor, Arts Court, 2 Daly Avenue), and at the two satellite box offices (LabO in the Ottawa Art Gallery and La Nouvelle Scene). 5 and 10 Show Passes are also available.
