Get ready for the biggest running event in town! Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend celebrates 50 years of running in the capital with events all weekend. Race kit pick up is happening at Lansdowne and there are races on Saturday and Sunday so keep an eye out for street closures and parking restrictions. It’s looking like a great weekend to get outside and cheer on this year’s participants!
Belfast-based choreographer Oona Doherty brings Navy Works to the National Arts Centre this weekend for “a stunning performance infused with pain, rebellion and hope”. Tickets are available online.
Stag and Doe, a comedy, runs until May 25 at the Ottawa Little Theatre.
Broadway Across Canada brings the story of the six wives of Henry VIII to the National Arts Centre with Six.
Saucette en Showssettes Vol. 2 takes place in Vieux-Hull this weekend from May 24-26. Performers include Karkwa and DJ Akeem Oh.
Art House is launching their summer 2024 fundraising campaign, aimed at transforming their venue to better serve the community, with live performances, a 1920’s theme casino night with music and games, and a multi-faceted creative session.
