Last weekend may have brought us an extra hour of sleep, but we are now playing in dark mode for the foreseeable future, so don’t squander away those precious daytime hours and enjoy yourself this weekend. Sadie Bean’s Ice Creams, Ottawa’s dairy disrupter

Sadie Bean’s Ice Creams serves up frozen treats that are anything but vanilla. Launched in 2021, the eccentric small-batch ice creams and vegan sorbets are the handiwork of Tim Alleway, owner/operator of Sadie Bean’s Ice Creams, who doubles as a chef at Ten Toes Coffee House.
