When I saw the lineup outside of an unsuspecting building 15 minutes before show time, I knew I was at the right place.

The Ontario Festival of Small Halls has announced their 2022 holiday season lineup “Deck the Small Halls”, and it’s a good one! The festival will feature a variety of Canadian artists at numerous rural venues, including Hawksley Workman, Skydiggers, and The Devin Cuddy Band, among others.

The Ontario Festival of Small Halls has announced a wealth of new live music shows in small communities across Eastern Ontario during the month of May. The lineup features exclusively Canadian artists, including Ashley MacIsaac, Basia Bulat, Great Lake Swimmers, Hawksley Workman, Jessica Pearson & The East Wind, Skydiggers and more.

The Ontario Festival of Small Halls is back with a series of six shows just in time for the holidays. As the name would suggest, generally the festival’s shows take place in small venues in rural Eastern Ontario, and this time they’ll visit Burritts Rapids, Athens, Pakenham, Chaffey’s Lock, Tweed, Westmeath, and… the National Arts Centre!
