Whether you’re looking for some theatre, sports, music or Capital Pride celebrations the city we love has you covered. Stay safe and stay hydrated!
Happy Capital Pride Ottawa! There are plenty of cool events happening this weekend (and beyond!) to celebrate pride in the capital, plus a bunch of great music and theatre shows all weekend long.
Well friends, the heat is back. Let’s make the most of it and take advantage of the weekend to soak up all the summer vibes as you enjoy events as diverse as Craft Beer Week, Shakespeare in the Park, an indie bookstore fest, and outdoor movies.
It’s another HOT summer in Ottawa, but there’s plenty to do. From regular events like Atlético Ottawa games and bingo to special events like the NAC Orchestra performing Murdoch Mysteries with the man himself, Yannick Bisson, there’s lots to do.
After a scorcher of a week, the weather is cooling off just in time to make this weekend bearable. There is plenty going on outdoors (and in), so take full advantage of the break in the heat and enjoy yourself.
After what felt like a long stretch of gloomy days, this weekend looks like clear skies and sunshine – and there is a ton going on to celebrate this fine weekend weather.
The city keeps getting greener, and the weather will be heating up again this weekend, in time for some of our favourite spring activities. Whether it’s shopping, catching some live music or sports or just trying something new, get out there and enjoy the city!
The Ottawa Titans have started their 2025 season on the road, but are coming home for their grand home opener at Ottawa Stadium on Tuesday, May 20 at 6:30pm against the New Jersey Jackals. The first 3,500 fans at the opener will take home a Titans replica jersey (size XL), and enjoy celebratory fireworks.
It is still summer in the 613, and this weekend has lots to offer in terms of great food, exciting sports, cool learning opportunities, and lots of art of course! Make the most of the weekend, rain or shine.
Now winding down their third regular season in Ottawa, the Titans are in a wild playoff push. The team is back home at Ottawa Stadium for their final two series, and with an incredible 27-14 record at home, our chances of a playoff run are almost guaranteed.
Hard to believe we’re nearing the end of August, but there is still plenty of fun to be had in Ottawa this weekend!
