CityFolk finished off with a lively crowd last night at Lansdowne Park with performances from Tobi, Down With Webster, Cam Kahin, and more.

Unlike Bluesfest which can sometimes feel like a marathon, especially if you attempt to attend every single day, CityFolk’s short five day schedule always seems to go by in the blink of an eye, and the 2025 edition coming to a close tonight is no different.

CityFolk continued at Lansdowne Park last night for the fourth day of the festival, with performances from The Pogues, Hurray for the Riff Raff, Catbite, and more.

A trio of different genres on the FASKEN Stage will complement the legendary Celtic punk on the Main Stage at CityFolk tonight.

It’s looking like Mother Nature is going to go three for three on perfect weather days for the festival. And while there won’t be any rain to dampen spirits, a lack of meat just might (more on that below).

A perfect start, with perfect weather last night, Day 2 looks to be just as inviting. While Wednesday’s lineup featured a few TikTok stars, tonight’s main stage is dedicated to a trio of artists that predate Facebook.

Well, it happened. August sure did slip away into a moment in time, and September is already two weeks old and I’m still trying to get to the beach one more time.  It’s one of the best months for events around town, with the weather finally cooperating, and a returned feeling of routine, and needing to make the most of the weekends.
