Snotty Nose Rez Kids, the powerhouse hip-hop duo from Haisla Nation in British Columbia, are coming to Ottawa on Friday, November 29. Known for their high-energy performances and politically charged lyrics, Yung Trybez and Young D have created a distinct voice in Canadian hip-hop, speaking to Indigenous experiences with a raw, unapologetic edge.

The duo’s music dives into complex issues—colonialism, identity, and resistance—often through a mix of humour and hard-hitting commentary. With not one but four Polaris Prize nominations, they’re recognized not only for their music, but also for pushing conversations around Indigenous rights and activism into live music spaces.

Taking place at the Bronson Centre Theatre, tickets are $25, with doors opening at 7 p.m. and the show starting at 7:30 p.m. Click here for tickets and more information.
