The Glorious Sons made their way up the 401 from Kingston for a Thursday night show at TD Place Arena. On the back of their latest album released in September entitled Glory, the group was eager to be back in the capital. Lead singer Brett Emmons commanded the crowd with his gritty and soulful vocals, effortlessly transitioning between ballads and adrenaline-fuelled rock anthems. The barefoot vocalist ran back and forth between both sides of the stage, making sure each fan felt like they were personally a part of the show. The rest of the band showcased their virtuosity, trading solos, riffs, and beats that had the crowd on their feet.
Opening the night were The Blue Stones, a two-piece Windsor group that can produce a massive sound, even with only two people.
