Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival announced its all-Canadian lineup of musical acts to take the stage this summer at Mooney’s Bay, June 21-23, 2024. Headliners include two JUNO Award nominees: the hip hop act Rare Americans, and the rock and blues band The Blue Stones. There’s plenty of local talent to be found as well, including High Waters, Emma Lamontagne and Dan Kelly, as well as Montreal-based NOBRO and Kingston’s Luella.
