Many new artists will grace Ottawa Jazzfest stages this year. Leah Geller lines up five of the first-timers to the festival who are bringing exciting, fresh sounds to Confederation Park and surrounds.
Beyond The Killers, there might not seem to be as much to catch your eye. That said, if you give these bands a listen, you might discover some new favourites.
Over 10,000 people crowded Parliament Hill to Marie-Mai, Cœur de Pirate, Shawnee, K’naan, Alan Doyle, The Strumbellas, Crystal Shawanda, Brett Kissel, William Prince and *gasps* Ryan Reynolds.
