Night number one of Ottawa’s Grey Cup Concert Series at TD Place Arena offered up some Canada’s best country music artists. There was something for everyone from the knee-slapping, hand-clapping classic forms to the realms of rock, pop, soul, and hip-hop influences.

The Grey Cup Festival is taking over Ottawa from the arrival of the Grey Cup Tuesday to the big game Sunday.
As part of the Grey Cup Festival, Ottawa locals and visitors alike can enjoy a three-night concert series which will feature a genre-hopping melange of music by an all-Canadian roster of some of the best talent this country has to offer.
The parade route will start at noon, at the corner of Bank St. and Pretoria Ave, and will continue down Bank Street and into Lansdowne Park.
