Spark Beer has been proudly brewing hoppy, sour and all-around fun beers in Ottawa’s Chinatown since 2020. They’re participating in the trans-Canada brewery collaboration Glorious and Free.
Glorious and Free: a trans-Canada beer with Ottawa roots
First teased on Instagram back in early February, Glorious and Free is a trans-Canada brewery collaboration. Spearheaded by Dominion City Brewing Company, the IPA features 100% Canadian ingredients and is being brewed from coast to coast to coast. IPA? More like IP-eh!
