Earlier this year, Carleton University artist-architect Manuel Baez and glass artist Charlynne Lafontaine won a Heritage Canada national competition to design and construct an installation for the Portage Bridge Plaza. A sneak peek of the Gather-Ring was held at Makerspace North.
