Drastic musical turn leads to the creation of Quiet Crimes
Ottawa band Black Oak Decline have taken a musical turn and rebranded as Quite Crimes. They recently released the video to their single Out Of View, the last video filmed at Zaphod’s before it closed earlier this year.
