Apartment613 has launched a survey to gather info about cultural venues, which is part of a project we’ve embarked on with the City of Ottawa to build an updated inventory of spaces that are used for cultural activities and events in Ottawa.
We’re reaching out to artists, festivals, promoters, makers, photographers, dancers, musicians, writers, actors, composers, choreographers, film and video makers, and ALL other types of creators and presenters in the City of Ottawa; asking questions like, “Which cultural space in Ottawa, if it were to close, would have the most impact on your ability to create or present your work?”
Please take the survey before November 18, 2022 so we can get a better understanding of what’s happening in our city.
Any personal information that you may disclose to Apartment613, including through this survey, will be handled in a confidential manner by authorized staff for the purpose for which it was collected. Apartment613 has been engaged by the City of Ottawa to gather data about spaces used for cultural activities and events in Ottawa. This survey is part of that project. Apartment613 will collect and maintain the information provided by respondents. If you choose to provide your name and contact information, Apartment613 may contact you to follow up on survey responses, if needed. Information about venues will be shared with the City of Ottawa as part of the Cultural Spaces Inventory Project, but not personal information collected about respondents, such as your name and contact information. Personal information will be destroyed by Apartment613 once the project is complete.
