Sacha kicked off Saturday’s full lineup of country music at Cityfolk.
From Warkworth, Ontario, Sacha has been touted as an upcoming star in the country music scene, as a part of CMT’s Next Women of Country as well as iHeart Radio’s ‘Future Star.’
Ontario-based sibling duo The Reklaws were up next on Country night.
The duo were excited to finally be able to play songs from their October 2020 album, Sophomore Slump.
Dean Brody headlined the final night of the first weekend of concerts at Lansdowne.
Brody holds 16 CCMA Awards and 2 JUNO awards, with a large catalogue of hits. The band kicked off with one of Brody’s biggest songs, Canadian Girls.
In 2020, Dean Brody’s song “Canadian Summer” broke a Canadian Country radio record, passing “Can’t Help Myself” with over 1817 plays.
