CityFolk has announced its 2025 festival lineup with headliners including Alex Warren, Melissa Etheridge with the Indigo Girls, The Pogues, Dropkick Murphys, and Morrisey. Presale starts tomorrow.
It’s a lineup that ranges from the new to the classic, and of course folk music is represented in all its diversity. Newer artists embracing old-style music like Montreal’s Kaia Kater will play alongside folk-punk pioneers The Pogues — who are touring for the 40th anniversary of Rum, Sodomy and the Lash — Americana artists like The Devil Makes Three and Hurray for the Riff Raff, and blues rockers like Melissa Etheridge.
