All Weekend

The EU Shorts Film Festival takes place all weekend at the Arts Court Theatre. This is the fifth edition of the film festival and the full schedule can be found online.

Did you attend Lisgar Collegiate Institute? The school is celebrating it’s 175th anniversary with a weekend long reunion for all staff and students, past and present.


Tuesdays through Saturdays, visit Studio Sixty Six’s new location and take in the inaugural exhibition, Balancing Act, featuring works by Ottawa painter and illustrator Yvonne Wiegers and BC-based photographer Troy Moth.

The Chocolate Hot Pockets will be at Orange Art Gallery Friday night for the gallery’s monthly live music night.


Artists’ Legal Services Ottawa is hosting a law conference in honour of its 5th anniversary. The purpose is to assemble many more speakers and legal topics relevant to artists, from photographers to visual artists, musicians to filmmakers, and everyone in between. Tickets are available online for $25.
