Science by Night returns to the Museum of Nature Thursday evening. Enjoy plant yoga, try your luck at whale trivia, and learn about natural filters on the Ottawa River, botany pioneers, lichen and more! Free admission, cash bar.

Have you ever been curious about whether or not you could pass the Canadian Armed Forces annual fitness test? Or wondered what exactly Reservists do? Head to HMCS Carleton (at Dow’s Lake Pavillion) for a women’s info session from 6-9pm.

Feeling up to a night out? Why not try Holly’s Hot Chicken x Dominion City pop up brewery kitchen, Timekode’s monthly dance party or the School of the Photographic Arts: Ottawa’s end of year exhibition, the first in their new space.


Join the Ottawa Rape Crisis Centre as they rally, roll, and raise funds to Break the Cycle of sexual violence at their 7th annual Spin-A-Thon. All proceeds go directly towards supporting survivors. You can register a team or as a solo spinner online, and then stop by Cyclelogik any time on April 21 to browse the silent auction items and cheer on the spinning teams!

613flea returns to Lansdowne Park with over 100 vendors! 613flea has an ever-changing inventory of eclectic goods, hand-made treasures, vintage finds and one-of-a-kinds.

Maker House Co. is making it easier to give and receive locally made products by launching an online registry service. To celebrate, they’re throwing a party!

This Sunday, ultramarathoner Ray Zahab will be sharing his running experiences. Registration is free but space is limited so sign up ahead of time.

After your run, head over to the Indie X Local pop up for the second collaboration popup with Doughbaby Doughnuts. These tasty treats went fast the first time, so go early!
