If you miss visiting the Canadian Museum of Nature, which remains closed until Labour Day weekend due to COVID-19, take heart: The museum has just debuted a 3D, 360-degree virtual tour of its permanent exhibition halls.
The tour allows you to take a close look at the dinosaurs, birds, aquatic life, and mammals displayed within the museum, as well as some of the heritage building’s unique architectural details. There are pop-up signs to click for more information throughout the tour. If you happen to have a VR headset, the virtual tour also supports that technology.
You can experience the virtual museum tour here.
