February may be a short month, but the weekends are making up for lost time by being chock full of fun things to do.
With the end of the year fast approaching, the holiday cheer can make winter’s cold temperatures a little less frigid. The holidays are a time to get together and this weekend provides plenty of opportunity to indulge and get some of your gift-getting out of the way.
It is already a week into December which means that holiday plans are coming together, final exams are looming, and Christmas music is everywhere. Take some time this weekend to unwind, refocus, and do something neat and out of the box. There is plenty to do that has little or nothing to do with Christmas crafts or carols, so check out something offbeat!
The snow has arrived and the reality that winter is here is setting in. While the frigid temperatures may have you wanting to stay inside, hibernating and watching Netflix all weekend, there is plenty to do just beyond your doorstep—if you are willing to brave the cold!

Fear not! We’ve got you covered for a variety of cool excuses to get out of the house, either on your own, or with those friends you keep forgetting to make plans with.
