The second weekend of Winterlude is upon us and with it, plenty to do! From ice dragon boat racing, to Ottawa Winter Jazz Fest, to undercurrents, MEGAPHONO and more, this is the weekend to get out and enjoy all that Ottawa offers.
The second annual Music Maker Fair and Trade Show aims to help create more awareness of organizations to the community that support the music business in Ottawa, and to encourage networking and collaborations among the music business entrepreneurs of today and tomorrow.
They join Polaris Music Prize winner Lido Pimienta, weirdo pop-rock maritimers Mauno, and experimental T.O. rappers Above Top Secret among invitees to the music showcase festival in February.
Mauno, Lido Pimienta, Nap Eyes, BLAKDENIM, Above Top Secret, Scattered Clouds, Expanda Fuzz, Bonnie Doon and many more will perform at clubs and pop-up venues around town.
