The Gather-Ring, the latest piece of public art commissioned by Heritage Canada under the Art in the City Program, is open to public interaction from now until July 2018.
Earlier this year, Carleton University artist-architect Manuel Baez and glass artist Charlynne Lafontaine won a Heritage Canada national competition to design and construct an installation for the Portage Bridge Plaza. A sneak peek of the Gather-Ring was held at Makerspace North.
