The screening marks the first “Stories” themed event from Women of Architecture!, a local community organization whose goal is to promote the achievements of Women contributing to the built environment in the National Capital Region.

There were 100 films selected from a record-setting 2,469 entries.

We talk about the new documentary Tickling Giants (playing June 7th at the ByTowne Cinema, a presentation of One World Film Festival) and about the importance of satire in defending freedoms.

This Wednesday June 7, ByTowne Cinema will screen Tickling Giants, a documentary film about Al Bernameg – the most popular political satire show in the Middle East.
