Awesome Ottawa’s October grant was awarded to Ott Mahmud to support Pumpkin Alley, a community initiative in Old Ottawa South that brings neighbours together to carve pumpkins and then display them on Halloween. Last year, 500 pumpkins lined the alleyway and the community worked together again this year to put on a spooktacular display.
