EUFF returns online from Nov. 12 to 28

By Apartment613 on November 3, 2021

The European Union Film Festival (EUFF) returns online for its latest edition. This year’s festival provides cinephiles across Canada with access to works from some of Europe’s top talent, including several North American film premieres.

The festival releases one or two new films every day from Nov. 12 to 28. All films will be available for 48 hours after their scheduled start date.

The 2021 edition of the EUFF kicks off with comedy-thriller Inventory, the debut feature from Slovenian director Darko Sinko. This film sets the bar for the quality of films that audiences will find at this year’s festival.

Ranging from dramedy to documentary to fantasy, the selection for this virtual EUFF has a little something for everyone—although you probably won’t enjoy all 26 films equally, so we always recommend perusing the festival schedule beforehand. In addition to the films themselves, EUFF will present interviews with several filmmakers whose works are being screened at the 2021 edition.

Visit euffonline.ca for the complete lineup and schedule. A full pass costs $100, a five-show pass costs $50, and single tickets cost $12 each.
