Ottawa’s CityFolk music festival have announced the lineup for the virtual version of the festival they are staging in lieu of their annual outdoor event, due to the ongoing pandemic.

“Although the event can’t take place on the Great Lawn at Lansdowne Park this year, we’re happy to be able to invite music fans from across Canada and around the world to our virtual edition,” says Mark Monahan, CityFolk’s executive director.

The event will feature exclusive, professionally produced concerts that will be broadcast on two virtual stages from 5:30pm to approximately 10pm on Friday, November 27, and Saturday, November 28. The interactive stream will permit fans to chat with friends, take part in contests and trivia, and more.

The Lineup

November 27: Steve Earle, Hawksley Workman, Devin Cuddy, Hannah Georgas, NQ Arbuckle, Wild Rivers, Theo Tams

November 28: Jason Isbell, Tim Baker, The Abrams, Great Lake Swimmers, Ben Caplan, Tom Wilson, Nambi, Johnny Shay

Ticket pricing ranges from $17.50-$27.50 CAD (fees and tax included) and can be purchased on a per day basis or for the full weekend. All tickets are valid for one streaming device, so fans can watch with their family on Apple TV/Chromecast, on a laptop, or on their phones.
