USS closed out the 2019 Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival at Mooney’s Bay Park.
After a fantastic Day 2 Friday that turned into a massive East Coast kitchen party with Alan Doyle, Day 3 of the Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival Saturday features another trio of Canadian artists.
Some of Ottawa’s best events are when the many East Coast expats get together for a kitchen party in their adoptive city.
Headlining the opening night is Half Moon Run. While they may technically be based in Montreal, lead singer Devon Portielje hails from our fair city, so we claim them as our own as well.

The Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival takes place at Mooney’s Bay Park from June 20–23, 2019. Admission is free.
