Podcast: Canadian History Hall opening July 1

By Josh Lemoine on June 28, 2017

What do you know about Canada’s history? This week on the podcast, we’re talking with Lisa Leblanc, Director of Creative Development and Learning for the new Canadian History Hall at the Canadian Museum of History.

The culmination of nearly five years work, the new Canadian History Hall (which replaces the old Canada Hall) is a 4,000 square-metre space – and is the largest and most comprehensive exhibition on Canadian history ever developed.

We ask Lisa what’s new about this exhibition, what some of the challenges were in its development, and about the Museum’s role is in the age of reconciliation.
