Just in time for International Women’s Day comes the Canadian premiere of ‘Women of the Forest’!
Women across Nepal’s vast countryside are working together to create green, sustainable businesses in their rural communities. These groups not only empower women in the country, but also serve as a blueprint for the Asian and international community on environmentally friendly collaborative innovation. The film focuses on the stories of women’s involvement in community forest groups from three regions of Nepal.
