Since opening earlier this year, the resto has offered their delicious Brewmaster’s Dinner series every month. These well-attended gastronomical events focused on a single brewery with different styles of beer carefully paired with custom creations created by CRAFT’s chef Cam McGowan. The chef and representatives from the brewery are on hand for questions and prizes.

The CRAFT team is thrilled with the response these dinners have had. All have sold out. “Obviously you can’t go wrong with a bunch of great beer and an off-menu dinner, but having the Brewmaster, their team, plus our Chef all on hand to host the dinner really makes it a cool experience” says Sales & Marketing Manager, Lindsey Osborne. “We’ve done 6 dinners now, and already have a core group of guests that haven’t missed a single one, I think that says a lot!”

On December 31, they will be offering the best of the best from these past dinners with Best of 2016 Brewmaster’s Dinner & Dance. There’s a 6PM dinner option and an 8PM dinner option with post-dinner dancing and champagne for those who want to countdown the final seconds of 2016.

The dinner is serving up an all-star selection of pairings. “The menu we’ve chosen for New Year’s is literally a “best of” from all of our previous dinners,” says Chef Cam, “We looked at guest feedback, staff feedback and of course thought about which items were the most fun for us to cook this year. I can hardly wait to do the turkey wings again. They were by far my favorite item from all of our brewmaster dinners.”

So if you’ve missed out on previous Brewmaster Dinners, this is a chance to quickly catch up on the best pairings! Further details on on their website and Eventbrite page.
