Bluesfest organizers unveil the summer music festival’s 2018 lineup

It’s that time of year again, Bluesfest has released its starting lineup, featuring the likes of Foo Fighters, Dave Matthews Band, Bryan Adams, The War On Drugs, Shawn Mendes, Rae Sremmurd, Courtney Barnett, and many more.

The 2018 edition was unveiled at midnight last night by RBC Ottawa Bluesfest organizers, featuring a diverse array of musicians. Expect more artists to be announced between now and July.

Dave Grohl and the rest of the Foo Fighters will be on their way, 2017 Grammy award winner for Best Country Album Sturgill Simpson and pop sensation Shawn Mendes will also be headlining the festival. The festival will be running July 5 to 15 at Lebreton Flats.

Some of the returnees to the fest this year include punk rockers’ Rise Against, Three Days Grace, Colin James, and electric duo Zeds Dead.
